Garcia Jeans looking for one experienced customer service/sales support manager and one part time customer service for HQ Copenhagen.
Job character:
- You will be working as an customer service in the Garcia Nordic HQ Copenhagen.
- Your function will be customer service/sales support for Garcia Nordic region (DK, N, S, SF, UK, IR, Baltic).
- The region today consist of a team of 19 persons, representing women’s, men’s, and kids wear.
- The sales reps. and agents are working independently from Garcia showrooms in each country.
You will have a major role working closely together with the country manager to create a near bond between each independent and Garcia, working on one side closely with the country manager and at same time make sure a high service level is given to the customers.
- You will have to contact customers by phone, informs about delivery times, prices, stock etc.
- Arrange good communication between agents/customers/head office.
- Handle direct orders and put them into the SAP system.
- Inform agents about all necessary information.
- Handle customer complaints in cooperation with head office in Holland.
- Create various reports for customers and representatives out of SAP.
- Act as sales support for the country manager.
- Solve financial issues with customers as an assistant between head office credit manager and customer.
- Follow commercial actions and telephone contacts.
- All common administrative tasks.
For instance:
- Arrange return of goods.
- Communication between head office and agents concerning samples.
- All kind of excel overviews.
Your character:
The ideal person has a strong character and a high energy level. Experience from similar job, preferable within fashion or lifestyle brands is needed.
- Your are good in communication with customers, agents and colleagues.
- Starters Function: up 5- 7 years work experience.
- You are well organized in your way of working/administration.
- You are service oriented, stress resistant and accurate.
- Your english is on a good level. Speaking the finish and/or swedish languages is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word and SAP is a preference.
- You are able to work independently and in a team.
With the growth Garcia experiences at the moment, the customer service function will be expanded and you will have a college to assist you within the near future.
