Are you an excellent coordinator, and would you like to play a central role in an energetic and ambitious sales department? If so, you may be the one we are looking for as our new Sales and Product Coordinator in VERO MODA to support our sales team responsible for the Spanish market.
The department
You will be part of our intercultural sales department with energetic and result-oriented colleagues. Together with six colleagues in your team, you will be responsible for the Spanish market, and you will cooperate closely with the Sales Manager and Product Manager along with the rest of the sales representatives in Spain. You will assist them on a daily basis and be responsible for administrative and sales-related tasks across the department.
About the job
Your primary responsibility is to make sure that your sales colleagues get the optimum administrative support. You will be an important part of the sales team and contribute to our future success by ensuring that everything is on track.
Specifically, your tasks will include:
- Administrative support for our sales representatives, sales department and key accounts
- Setting up and coordinating internal collection meetings Placing orders to the buying department, colours, sizes,
- deliveries and assortments
- Ensuring that collections are adapted to the Spanish market
- Keeping track of all order procurements and them being delivered on time
- Focusing on optimising our turnover through the availability of the right products on the Spanish market.
Your profile
Since you will be part of a very dynamic department with colleagues who travel and spend a lot of time outside the office, it is important that you can work independently and thrive with responsibility and with taking decisions. You will get a great variety of tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment, so it is essential that you are organized and structured and that you have the ability to be one step ahead. Even under pressure, you take great pride in delivering quality in your work. Finally, you will be in contact with many different people throughout your work day, so it is important that you are outgoing and open-minded and thrive with a broad contact surface – internally as well as externally.
Qualifications
- Experience from a similar position is an advantage
- Knowledge within fashion, sales and products is preferred
- Flair for business
- Knowledge about BESTSELLER’s sales system is an advantage
- Experienced with the Microsoft Office package, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Good numeracy and understanding of operating finance
- Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken – Spanish is an advantage.
