REGIONAL - WHOLESALE MANAGER FOR SCANDINAVIA – NOISY MAY
Noisy May is looking for a result-oriented and energetic Regional Wholesale Manager from the fashion industry for a newly established position.
About the position
As Regional Wholesale Manager for the Noisy May Scandinavian markets, you have the overall responsibility for Noisy May wholesale in Scandinavia. Knowledge about the wholesale market is therefore a must. You have the daily responsibility for a strong and dedicated team of salespeople in Aarhus and at our local markets. Your primary responsibility will be the sale of the Noisy May products and hence revenue and earnings growth in our markets in Scandinavia. This means that you must have a constant focus on sales efforts and results, including making sure, that your sales team is aware of performance and objectives.
You have a close daily contact with buying, sales representatives and the rest of your sales team, and you ensure that everyone is motivated and best equipped to ensure that Noisy May remains our target group’s preferred partner.
You will be responsible for developing sales strategies and executing them in cooperation with Noisy May’s International Sales Manager and through sparring with your sales management and sales representatives in the markets. You must plan and coordinate the order intake for our collection insales to the Scandinavian markets and follow up daily and weekly on sales and inventory figures as well as product performance and to plan and develop promotional efforts. You are also to ensure employee and leadership development through proximity, openness and self-performance, including the recruitment of new colleagues.

- Budgetary responsibility and daily and weekly follow up on sales and inventory figures
- Ensure employee and management development
- Plan and prepare promotional initiatives
- Develop key accounts and field accounts on your markets through close cooperation directly with customers and sales team
- Recruitment of new colleagues
Your profile

Qualifications
- International sales experience from the fashion industry, retail or wholesale, including proven sales results
- Knowledge about key accounts within the fashion industry
- You have shown that you can translate sales strategies into actions that create results
- Extensive experience with leading/motivate people
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience with working across cultures
- Fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken
- Strong personal sales skills
- Knowledge of additional Scandinavian languages would be an advantage
- Used to have budgetary responsibility
