Administrative Sales Coordinator (NOISY MAY)

We seek a highly organised and energetic Administrative Sales Coordinator, to assist our sales responsible and to help further develop of NOISY MAYs position in VERO MODA stores worldwide
The department
You will be part of the NOISY MAY sales department with employees of similar roles who are energetic, result-oriented and you must expect proactive and independent colleagues who really want to contribute. On a daily basis, you will assist our salespeople and sales managers, and be responsible for administrative and sales-related tasks across the department.
Work areas
- Administrative support for our sales responsible and sales department
- Develop and follow up on sales lists and order processing
- Prepare price lists and catalogues
- Preparation of the collection and of return rates
- Prepare and update various lists
- Various administrative and sales related tasks in the sales department
- Daily contact to our partners worldwide
- Ad hoc tasks
Your profile
It is important to us that you have excellent coordination skills and are able to stay organised in a sometimes hectic environment. You are service-minded and structured and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are enterprising and see opportunities rather than problems. As a person you are outgoing, have a great personal drive, and you’re good at creating relationships.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience from an administrative sales position
- Strong coordinator
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of the fashion industry is an advantage
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken is a requirement, and preferably German
- Well-organized, service-minded and solid numeracy
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package.
