We are developing our E-commerce organisation and are looking for a talented and passionate E-commerce Store Manager.
The department
You become part of PIECES’ new E-commerce team, which is responsible for driving and developing our E-commerce business on both pieces.com and other marketplaces. Here you have four colleagues, who work with buying, product coordination, graphic design and campaign coordination respectively.
We are in the process of establishing the organisation, and our primary focus areas are improving site performance, go-live processes as well as market expansion.
You cooperate with our buying department around product selection and product performance, with our retail department on omnichannel activities and campaign management, and with marketing on touch and feel for the pieces.com and SOME activities.
The job
As E-commerce Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation and optimisation of the online store, taking ownership of the results and driving performance in all areas. You plan, coordinate and execute commercial initiatives based on business insight and strong online skills while securing a consistent brand image and customer experiences.
More specifically, your work involves:
• Managing the daily store operation in terms of execution and cross-organisational collaboration
• Setting deadlines and targets for all tasks
• Driving continuous improvements to reduce costs and to maximize revenue
• Ensuring cross-organisational communication on a daily, weekly and monthly level
• Managing, developing and driving the partnerships with our four competency centres to ensure close collaboration
• Building and maintaining a competent and motivated team.
Qualifications
• Background in sales working with retail, e-commerce and/or campaigns
• KPI-driven mindset
• Experience with working in an international environment
• Experience with people management
• Experience with or knowledge of fashion
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English, written as well as spoken
