DAY Birger et Mikkelsen is looking for an independent and enthusiastic Office Coordinator.
The function will manage the front desk operations (reception) and executive administration tasks.
Areas of responsibility:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages, as well as to provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering organization to direct to purpose (meetings etc.)
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Clean, stock and maintain the reception back room, kitchen and all other common areas
- Ensure constant supply of needed office supplies and food supplies
- Manage all travel organization, tickets, cars, hotel bookings
- Credit card bill controlling and management
- Manage in the coordination of catered meals for the office
- Assist in managing facilities and equipment
- Order, receive and stock office and facility supplies
- Ensure timely communication on any facility-related needs
- Assist staff with conference room scheduling
Requirements:
- An structured and organized “lion”
- Good energy and a passionated work spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Pro-user of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Danish and English, knowledge of any other Nordic language is an advantage
