Brand Sales Manager for one of JACK & JONES’s leading brands.
About the team and the role
You will join a strong international management team in one of Europe’s largest and leading men’s clothing brands. As our new Brand Sales Manager you will get independent responsibility for one of JACK & JONES’ five brands, which accounts for a significant part of the total turnover. This means that you will be in charge of an international sales and marketing organisation with more than 100 colleagues, and get 25 direct reports among these the Country Sales Managers. Your focus is on creating growth in retail, wholesale and e-commerce where you impact the performance in more than 1000 stores and work with some of the largest key accounts in the world.

About the job
Your primary responsibility will be to create growth in all our markets and to develop the brands’ market position. You hold the strategic responsibility for Sales and B2B / B2C marketing, and you are deeply involved in the product development process ensuring that the product range is continually developed to meet the market’s needs.
Specifically your tasks will be to:
– Develop the sales strategies, define objectives and ensure execution
– Develop and follow up on the marketing strategy
– Develop the product strategy to ensure that our customers are always offered the right products
– Lead and motivate the international sales team
– Train the Country Sales Managers and enable them to train their employees
– Build and maintain close relations to our business partners and B2B customers
Qualifications
– Solid experience with sales and sales management, preferably from a similar position
– A proven track record within strategic sales, including training and development of employees
– Solid experience with product marketing in an international context
– Knowledge of the fashion industry, store operations and B2B sales
– Excellent understanding of financial key figures
– Fluent English skills, written and spoken.

Work location: At our head office in Brande, Denmark.
You will get approx. 50-60 travel days a year.
