As an Assistant Manager you will use your skills and experience to assist in the overall management of the store by maximising sales and profitability, leading and motivating a team, delegating and prioritising tasks effectively and in the Manager’s absence taking responsibility for stock, cash and store security.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive memorable customer service
- Know the product inside and out and stay fresh with new merchandise, trends and competitive activity
- Recruit, train and develop a high performing sales team
- Drive performance to ensure all KPIs are achieved and store turnover targets are met
- Assist with cost control including ordering and managing stock levels in store
- Keep abreast of and be knowledgeable of competitor activity
- Network effectively with internal stakeholders – Store Managers, Sales Associates, Head Office and field management
- Network effectively with external stakeholders – customers, other retailers, centre management, maintenance and service providers.

Store is open 7 days a week.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
